This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. This disclaimer explains the scope of the site’s content, how to verify purchase information, and responsibilities to consider when following the guides.
1. About This Site
Shadowrocket Hub provides guidance on verifying the official Shadowrocket app, getting started, importing existing subscriptions, configuring rules, and troubleshooting. We do not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscription services, and we do not handle their activation, renewal, or availability. Tutorials covering actions such as Subscribe and Add Server assume that you already have your own subscription or server details.
Shadowrocket is a closed-source commercial app available exclusively on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. The information on this site does not guarantee any particular connection result, network speed, or service availability.
2. Guide Accuracy and Interface Changes
The guides are based on the app interface and behavior that could be verified when they were written. App updates may change layouts, field locations, default settings, and feature access points. Device type, system settings, and current configuration may also affect what appears on screen. Names such as Home, Config, Global Routing, and Settings are kept in English so you can find them in the app.
If a guide does not match the interface, first check that you are on the right screen and working with the right item. Then consult in-app prompts and App Store update notes. Do not perform an action based only on a similar-looking menu location. We update confirmed discrepancies, but cannot guarantee that every interface change will be reflected immediately in every guide.
3. Purchases, Pricing, and App Store Information
Before purchasing, see how to verify the official app on the App Store. Check that the developer is Shadow Launch Technology Limited and confirm the official app icon and app ID 932747118. The App Store listing and terms shown at checkout determine the price, payment currency, purchase eligibility, refund policy, and applicability to previous purchases. This site does not process transactions on the store’s behalf.
A one-time app purchase ≠ a service subscription. The purchase price covers use of the app and does not include network services associated with a subscription you already have. System requirements, compatibility, Universal Purchase, and Family Sharing eligibility for iPhone, iPad, and other Apple devices are as listed on the App Store page.
4. Configuration Changes and Your Data
Importing, updating, or deleting a subscription, or changing DNS, rules, or Global Routing, may alter how connections are handled. Before making changes, save any necessary configuration and make sure you know how to restore it. When troubleshooting, adjust and verify one setting at a time to avoid changing several things at once and losing track of the cause. Before deleting a server entry, make sure you still have the information needed to restore it.
Subscription links, passwords, and configuration data may contain access credentials. Do not publish real credentials or include them in screenshots without obscuring them. Examples on this site use fictional values to illustrate field formats only. You are responsible for confirming that your server details are valid and that you are authorized to use them, and for complying with applicable laws and service terms. Connection results also depend on your network environment and the status of remote services.
5. External Links and Limitations of Responsibility
The external product link on this site leads to the App Store. The platform manages the content displayed there, purchase process, and account handling; citing App Store information does not give this site control over subsequent changes. Before paying or restoring a purchase, check the app and transaction details again. Do not treat information on this site as a substitute for the store’s final confirmation.
